Maize Surewood Plus By Twelve Oaks

Maize is the light natural option in the Surewood Plus line, with low colour variation for an even look from board to board. Each plank measures 5/16" x 8-7/8" x 60" and uses a WPC core, a wood plastic composite that feels softer than rigid core vinyl and works in bedrooms, offices and living rooms. A 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer handles day to day use. The floor floats over the subfloor with no adhesive or fasteners. Twelve Oaks asks for room conditions of 18 to 27 °C and humidity in the 35% to 55% band, worth checking before and after installation. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Maize across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
