Sand Dance SolidCore By Twelve Oaks

Sand Dance is a medium brown floor from the SolidCore line by Twelve Oaks. It is built on a stone-composite SPC core, so it is waterproof and stays dimensionally stable through the swings a Toronto home sees between winter heating and summer humidity. Twelve Oaks asks that the room sit between 18 and 27 °C at 35% to 55% relative humidity. The 7 inch wide, 48 inch long planks are 3/16 inch thick and float on a click joint, so no fasteners or adhesive go into the subfloor. Colour variation is low, edges are micro V-bevelled, and the wear layer is stated at 12 mil (0.3 mm). A box holds 28.4 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sand Dance across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
