Natural Maple Evolution Rise Serie By 1867 Floors

Natural Maple belongs to the Evolution Rise Series from 1867 Floors and carries code 57025160. The planks are thin at 2.5 mm and are meant to be glued down rather than floated: the spec sheet calls for dry-back installation. Because they bond to the subfloor, any dip or ridge underneath will telegraph through the finished surface, so we level and prep before we start. Board size is 5 7/8 inches by 48 inches with a micro bevelled edge, and there is a 0.5 mm wear layer over the face. Coverage comes to 31.91 sq ft per box. Backing it is a 35-year residential warranty with 15 years of commercial coverage. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Natural Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
