6204 Vinyl 8mm Montreal Collection By Riche

For a basement apartment, rental suite or first home, this Riche plank from the Montreal Collection keeps things practical. It is SPC luxury vinyl, so the core is rigid and waterproof and stands up to the spills and cleaning that come with busy spaces. The plank is 8 mm in thickness, a good weight for a floating floor, and each board is 48.03" x 5.90". A micro bevel edge separates one board from the next. The protective wear layer is 12 mil. The 5G locking system lets us click the floor together without adhesive, and a carton covers 15.77 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs this Montreal Collection plank across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
