8209 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

Condos with big windows heat up in the afternoon, and a rigid SPC floor like 8209 handles that better than a product which expands and contracts with every temperature swing. The core is stone composite and waterproof, the plank is 10 mm thick, and Riche sells it as part of the Toronto Collection. The working surface is a wood finish, and above it sits 20 mil of wear layer, which covers pets, kids and a front hall in winter. Boards run 48.03″ × 5.90″, micro bevelled along the edges, and the 5G drop lock turns them into a floating floor laid over a prepared subfloor. Figure on 11.82 sq ft from each carton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8209 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
