8213 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

Water is the main reason homeowners move away from wood, and 8213 removes that worry, because the SPC core is a stone composite that is waterproof from face to back. The plank is 10 mm thick, part of Riche's Toronto Collection, with a wood finish surface and a 20 mil wear layer for heavy household use. Micro bevel edges outline each 48.03″ × 7.09″ board. The 5G drop lock system holds the floor together as a floating installation, so it is not bonded to the slab or subfloor underneath, and a leaking washing machine becomes a cleanup rather than a replacement. A single carton covers 11.82 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8213 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
