Ordering Aberfoyle is straightforward: white oak boxes cover 19.38 sq. ft., pallets take 48 boxes, and a full pallet works out to 930.24 sq. ft. The floor itself is engineered oak from Wellington Heights, wire brushed, 3/4" thick and 5" wide, with a multi-ply tongue and groove core and a 3 mm wear layer. All four edges are micro-bevelled, and the finish is matte with 10% aluminum oxide gloss. It can be nailed, glued or floated, on any level of the house. Wood moves with the seasons, so hold the room between 30% and 65% relative humidity. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Aberfoyle across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
