About the collection
Wellington Heights by Goodfellow Flooring
Wellington Heights is Goodfellow Flooring's engineered hardwood collection in white oak and maple. The boards are 3/4" thick and 5" wide, with a 3 mm wear layer of real wood over a multi-ply tongue-and-groove core. The finish is matte with 10% aluminum oxide gloss, and the edges are micro-bevelled on all four sides.
This is a flexible floor to install. It can be floated, glued down or nailed down, and it is rated for all levels of the home, so the same boards can run from a basement rec room up to the bedrooms. Goodfellow asks for relative humidity between 30% and 65%, which is worth keeping in mind through a dry Toronto winter. White oak boxes cover 19.38 sq ft.
The collection comes in eight styles: Camila Natural, Glen Allen, Aberfoyle, Drayton, Everton, Arkell and Chesley, all wire brushed oak, plus Rockwood, a hand-scraped maple. The brushed and scraped textures help hide everyday scuffs from pets and kids. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Wellington Heights across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
