About the collection
Purelux Engineered Hardwood
Purelux engineered hardwood on our site comes in three series and 27 styles, all 3/4″ thick in random lengths with micro-bevelled edges and a UV lacquer finish with aluminum oxide. Every style is rated for on, above or below grade, so it can go in a basement as well as the main floors, and each carries a 30-year limited residential and 8-year limited commercial warranty.
The Cascais Series (7 styles) is brushed white oak on a multi-layer plywood core, 7-1/2″ wide with a 3 mm veneer in Select (ABC) grade, and Leeds and Minto add hand-scraped and saw-mark textures. The Nová Pec series (10 styles) is also 7-1/2″ white oak with a 3 mm veneer, but it is built on a spruce core with a birch back and graded Select & Better (AB) for a cleaner, more even look. The Aveiro Series (10 styles) has a 2 mm veneer on plywood in 6″ and 6-1/2″ widths. Its white oak planks are Character (ABCD) grade with more natural marks, and Morris is a matt maple option.
