Rockwood Hand-Scraped Maple Wellington Heights By Goodfellow Flooring

Rockwood is a hand-scraped maple floor from Goodfellow's Wellington Heights engineered hardwood collection. The boards are 3/4″ thick and 5″ wide, with a 3 mm wear layer over a multi-ply tongue and groove core. Because it is engineered, it is rated for all levels of the home, and Goodfellow approves floating, glue-down and nail-down installation, so we can match the method to your subfloor, whether that is plywood upstairs or concrete below. Keep indoor relative humidity between 30% and 65% to protect the wood through dry winters and humid summers. The matte surface finish includes aluminum oxide for wear resistance, which helps in living rooms, dining rooms and hallways, and all four edges are micro-bevelled. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Rockwood across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
