Adobe 97052 By Shaw Floors

Every carton of Adobe (97052) holds 24 sq ft, which keeps estimating simple: take the room area, add for waste, then divide. The tiles are 12 by 24 inches and 5 mm thick, built as residential resilient LVT with a loose lay back, and they belong to Shaw's Floorté Pro programme. Shaw approves direct glue, perimeter glue and floating, and all three are rated above, on or below grade, basements included. A 20 mil wear layer sits on the surface, which is the part that takes shoe grit and chair legs, and the edges are micro bevelled. Where we use adhesive, the subfloor is levelled and cleaned first. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Adobe across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
