Cape By Melange

Cape is a rigid SPC floor in the Melange Floors range, 48 by 7 inches and 7.0 mm thick, its wear layer measuring 0.5 mm and its edges micro-bevelled. Core density is 2,100 kg/m3. What that buys you is a board that stays put through a Toronto winter, when the heating dries a house out and wood floors shrink. Residual indentation is held at 0.06 mm across the EN and ASTM indentation tests, and the sheet gives squareness as 0.18 mm and straightness as 0.07 mm. The surface resists stains, UV and slipping, and the floor is waterproof.
