Product Specifications
The surface of Chocolate Oak (07337) is where most of its protection sits: ScuffResist Platinum on top of a 20 mil wear layer, which helps with dragged chairs and pets. Shaw Floors makes this Floorté Classic plank with a WPC core, 8 mm thick, and pairs it with an EVA pad underlayment for a quieter step. Each board is 5 by 48 inches with a micro bevel on the edges. Since it can go above, on or below grade, basement rec rooms qualify. We can float it over a prepared subfloor, or glue it directly down where a fixed floor makes more sense. Cartons hold 13.34 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Chocolate Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
