Cormorant #1447

Cormorant, style 1447, comes from HydraPlanks' Littora collection and is a thick laminate by current standards at 0.563″, or 14.3 mm, with its built-in underlay included. That extra body is part of why it tests at IIC 63 and STC 62 for sound, and it also makes the floor feel firm rather than hollow. The face is registered embossed with an aluminum oxide top surface, graded AC5 and Class 33 for heavy commercial use, so rentals, home offices and entry halls are all within scope. Boards measure 7.68″ by 47.835″ and lock with a Välinge 5G drop system, floating over a flat subfloor. Certifications include FloorScore and BLC. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cormorant across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
