Eddi shares the Vanntett Plus specification: an AC4 rating, a matte gloss level, EIR texture and micro bevelled edges on a 9 inch by 60 inch plank that measures 7 mm thick. That thickness and the below grade approval make it a candidate for a basement apartment or a rental unit where the floor has to hold up. Canadian Standard lists click and glue as the installation methods, so the same product can float in one room and be bonded in another if the subfloor calls for it. Six planks per carton cover 22.09 square feet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Eddi across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
