Elgin Contempa Collection By Impressive Floors

Elgin is part of the Contempa collection by Impressive Floors, a 3/4" engineered hardwood with a white oak rotary veneer and a wire-brushed face. Its 6.5" planks come in random lengths and are finished with Diamond HD Nanotechnology, with a micro bevel on all four sides. The high shade variation gives a varied floor that suits living rooms, dens and hallways. Elgin is approved for residential and commercial use, so it also fits a small office or shop, backed by a 5-year light commercial warranty. The residential finish warranty is 30 years, and the structure has a limited lifetime warranty. We can install it over a wood subfloor using staples, nails, glue or a floating method. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Elgin across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
