Looking for a laminate that can handle a busy main floor? Franklin Xtra, style 1754 from HydraPlanks' Maven Xtra collection, carries an AC4 abrasion class and a Class 32 general commercial use rating. It is also water-resistant, which gives you some margin with everyday spills near a kitchen or back door. The oak design has an embossed finish, matte gloss and an aluminum oxide top surface. Planks measure 0.484" (12.3 mm) by 7.717" by 47.87" and lock with Välinge 5G drop lock to float over the subfloor. No underlay comes attached. Edges are micro bevelled on 4 sides. It is FloorScore certified and TSCA Title VI compliant, with BLC Certification as well.
