Maven Xtra

Two changes distinguish this HydraPlanks version from standard Maven: a water-resistant listing and the Välinge 5G drop-lock joint. That combination suits kitchens, front entrances and main-floor laundry nooks, where spills happen, and the drop-lock ends make long runs quicker to lay.

The planks keep a generous size of 12.3 mm thick, 7.717" (196 mm) wide and 47.87" (1216 mm) long. Oak visuals carry an embossed texture beneath an aluminum oxide surface in a mat sheen, framed by micro bevels on every edge. Rated AC4 and Class 32 for general commercial use, the surface handles scuffs from pets, kids and daily traffic. You will need a separate underlay because none is attached, and the pattern repeat is 6.

There are twelve colours, each ending in Xtra: Wallace, Johnson, Hopper, Hodgkin, Hawking, Gutenberg, Goodall, Franklin, Edison, Carson, Anning and Anderson. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Maven Xtra across Toronto and the GTA, with laminate installation from $3.20 per square foot.
