Éclair is a 3/4" engineered oak from Fuzion's Bistro collection, the full thickness many homeowners expect from a hardwood floor. The top is a 3mm dry sawn wood face on a multi-layer plywood core, and boards are 5" wide in random lengths up to 47 1/4". It is wirebrushed with low gloss, micro-beveled edges and moderate variation (level 3), under UV cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide, a practical surface for kitchens and family rooms. Éclair can be nailed, stapled, glued down or floated, so it works over plywood or concrete, and it suits every grade level and hydronic systems.
