With a low variation level of 2, Gullwing suits an open-concept space where you want an oak floor that looks consistent from one end to the other. It is engineered hardwood from Fuzion's Outer Banks Elite collection, 3/4" thick, with a 3mm wood face layer. Planks are 6" wide in random lengths up to 75", with beveled edges and a light wirebrushed surface. The finish is fumed, UV cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide, low in lustre. Gullwing may be stapled, glued down or floated, and since any grade and hydronic radiant heat are allowed, basements and heated floors are options.
