Want real oak in a finished basement? Waterfront, from the Countryside collection by Fuzion, is rated on, above or below grade and works over hydronic radiant heat. That comes from its engineered multi-layer plywood core, topped with a 3mm dry sawn oak face. Planks measure 3 1/2" wide and 3/4" thick, in random lengths up to 47", with micro-beveled edges. The wirebrushed surface has low gloss under a UV-cured polyurethane with aluminum oxide, and variation is low, level 2. It is nailed, stapled or glued down. Each carton covers 25.58 sq ft and weighs 55.2 lbs.
