Malta Bel Air By 4Corners

Malta is a 3/16″ luxury vinyl plank in the Bel Air Series by 4Corners. It is a slim floor with real substance: each box of 10 planks weighs 41.6 lbs (18.9 kg) and covers 23.35 sq ft. The 20 mil high-density vinyl wear layer protects the surface in living rooms, dining rooms and hallways, while a stabilizing fiberglass core sits inside and a non-slip padded backing lines the underside. Planks are 7″ W × 48″ L. For homes and condos where noise matters, Malta is rated IIC 57, and 72–100 when a sound-barrier underlay is added. 4Corners makes it with no phthalates or nano silver, and it is FloorScore certified for low VOC emissions. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Malta across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
