Beauflor's Xtreme Mira in style U707M is a sheet vinyl with a plain design, an easy fit for utility rooms, basements, rental units and commercial spaces where a busy pattern would feel out of place. Its abrasion rating is heavy commercial use. Protection comes from a 0.7 mm wear layer finished with polyurethane lacquer, while a fiberglass interlayer and solid back give the 2 mm sheet its body. Rolls run 72 ft (21.95 m) long and 4 m wide, and the material weighs 2800 g/m². Large sheets leave fewer joints for spills to work into. Seams on this style are reversed.
