Mocha 07358 By Shaw Floors

Mocha (07358) is a residential resilient LVT plank from Shaw Floors' Floorté Classic collection, and it gives you three installation options: direct glue, perimeter glue or float. Direct glue bonds the whole plank to the subfloor, while perimeter glue holds the floor only around the edges of the room. Each plank is 5 mm thick, 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, with a 20 mil wear layer and lacquered bevel edges. Vinyl does not soak up spills the way wood can, and the above, on and below grade rating means basements are fine. A carton covers 23.89 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Mocha across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
