Modern Oak 05037 By Shaw Floors

Modern Oak (05037) has a 30 mil wear layer, the protective top that decides how well a vinyl floor holds up, and Shaw finishes it with ScuffResist Platinum. The plank underneath is 12 mm of WPC from the Floorté Classic collection, with an IXPE underlayment attached. Each board is 9" by 72" with an accent bevel. For installation, direct glue and float are both listed; a glued floor needs a flat subfloor, and a floating one sits over it without adhesive. Modern Oak is approved for above, on and below grade projects such as condos, main floors and basements.
