Product Specifications
A limited lifetime structural and residential finish warranty sits behind Milan, SKU AR1306 in GreenTouch's North American Oak collection. The boards are North American Oak at 3/4" thick, 7" wide and up to 84" long, with tongue and groove edges that pull each row tight to the last. Surface texture is wire brushed and the finish is matte, which together suit a busy household where a high-shine floor would show every mark. Milan is nailed or glued to the subfloor instead of being floated, so there is no underpad involved and no click system to line up. We check moisture and flatness, then pick the fastening method to match what is already underneath. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Milan across Toronto and the GTA, with solid hardwood installation from $4.50 per square foot.
