Choosing an 18 mm engineered floor means you still walk on an oak surface, but the layered core underneath is far less prone to cupping or opening gaps than solid wood. That makes it a practical choice for a house with forced-air heating, or a condo where the air runs dry. Coverage per box is 19.74 sq ft, and pallets carry 48 boxes.
