Saugeen Tremblant Collection By Impressive Floors

Saugeen suits homes and light commercial spaces, and the warranty reflects that: 30 years on the finish for residential use, 5 years for light commercial, and a limited lifetime warranty on the structure. It belongs to Impressive Floors' Tremblant Collection and is built as engineered hardwood with a white oak rotary veneer. Each random-length board is 7 1/2″ wide with a 3/4″ thickness. A wire brushed surface under the Ultra Durable Diamond HD Nanotechnology finish gives the oak a textured feel, useful in a front hall where shoes bring in grit. High shade variation keeps the floor from looking uniform. We can float, staple, nail or glue the tongue and groove planks on a wood subfloor. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Saugeen across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
