Simone #1870

Simone combines European white oak with a lightly wire-brushed and smoked finish, and it is a Designers' Choice style in the UrbanTerra Maestro collection of engineered hardwood. The veneer is dry solid sawn and 0.1180" thick, in a Classic grade, over a eucalyptus core; total thickness is 0.709". A UV-cured urethane top surface with a mat gloss guards the wood against daily wear in bedrooms, hallways and family rooms. Boards measure 190 mm wide by 1900 mm long, with tongue and groove joints and four-sided micro bevels. A box contains 5 boards, or 1.80 square metres of floor. Simone is rated for residential use and certified by FloorScore. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Simone across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
