This one is acacia, engineered to 12 mm over a multi-layer moisture-resistant core, and that build is what allows installation on all grades instead of above ground only. Each board is 6.5" wide by 48" long and comes pre-finished with a wear-resistant UV coating, so the floor is ready to walk on once the last piece goes in. The Drop Lock joint is rated intermediate for do-it-yourself work, though most homeowners hand that job to us.
