2674 Desert Rose Palmera By Goodfellow Flooring

Desert Rose (2674) comes from Goodfellow's Palmera collection and is built as SPC vinyl, so the core is rigid stone composite and water does not bother it. That makes it usable on all levels of a home, including a below-grade rec room or a powder room. The plank measures 5.90 inches by 48 inches and is 6 mm thick in total, and 1 mm of that is an EVA pad bonded to the back, so you skip buying underlay and footsteps sound less hollow. The surface is embossed in register with micro-bevelled edges, and a 20 mil wear layer handles the traffic. Planks float on a 5G drop lock system, and a box covers 21.67 square feet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Desert Rose across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
