Iced Mocha SolidCore By Twelve Oaks

Iced Mocha is a medium brown SPC plank from the SolidCore series by Twelve Oaks. Colour variation is rated high, so boards differ noticeably from one to the next. We dry-lay several boxes and mix them as we go, which keeps light and dark planks from bunching in one corner. The format is 3/16 inch by 7 inch by 48 inch with a micro V-bevelled edge. Because the core is stone composite, water on the surface will not swell it, making this a practical choice for a basement rec room or a mudroom. It floats on a click joint rather than being fastened down, and 12 mil (0.3 mm) of wear layer covers the print. Each box covers 28.4 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Iced Mocha across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
