303 010 Silverton Oak Regatta 303 By Next Floor

Silverton Oak wears the 303 010 code in Next Floor's Regatta 303 collection. Its surface is embossed in register, the edges are bevelled on all four sides with colour enhancement, and the plank format is 7.7″ x 47.8″ at 10 mm. Sound was clearly a design goal: the attached cushion produces an STC of 63, an IIC of 70 and a high frequency impact rating of 89, useful if your condo board sets a noise requirement. Residential wear, waterproof and stain and fade warranties are lifetime, while commercial wear runs 10 years. Radiant heating is approved for water-based systems. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silverton Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot.
