Product Specifications
Gatwick is rated IIC 72 and STC 73, the kind of numbers a condo board asks about before approving a hard floor. It is a vinyl plank from Flooring Terminal's Terminal Series, 7 mm thick with a 1.5 mm pad already attached, so there is no separate underlay to buy and footsteps land softer. Each plank measures 60” by 7.2” and clicks together with a drop lock 5Gi system, floating over the subfloor with no glue or nails. A 20 mil wear layer sits above the pattern, and that is the part taking the scratches. Warranty is 30 years residential and 8 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Gatwick across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
