5202 Vinyl 6.5mm Calgary Collection By Riche

5202 is a floating SPC floor in the Calgary Collection by Riche, joined with an I4F drop lock so the planks lock edge to edge without glue or nails. A floating floor does need a flat, clean subfloor, and our crew checks and preps the base before the first row goes in. The plank is 6.5 mm thick, 48.03″ long and 7.09″ wide, with a wood finish surface. Its stone plastic composite core is waterproof and rigid, and a 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment helps quiet footsteps, with ratings of IIC 73 and STC 72. Kitchens, basements and rental units all suit it, as do bedrooms where you want a quieter step. A carton covers 21.27 sq.ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 5202 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
