5205 Vinyl 6.5mm Calgary Collection By Riche

Condo owners often have to think about noise, and 5205 from Riche's Calgary Collection lists sound ratings of IIC 73 for impact and STC 72 for airborne sound. A 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment is part of the product and adds a little cushion underfoot. The core is SPC, a stone plastic composite that is waterproof and rigid, so kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms are sensible places for it too. Each plank is 6.5 mm thick, 7.09″ wide and 48.03″ long, with a wood finish on top. The I4F drop lock joins the planks into a floating floor, which means no adhesive and a room you can use as soon as the install is done. A carton covers 21.27 sq.ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 5205 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
