5206 Vinyl 6.5mm Calgary Collection By Riche

Calgary 5206 by Riche is a 6.5 mm vinyl plank with an SPC core and a wood finish surface. It is 48.03″ in length and 7.09″ in width, a format that works in bedrooms, hallways and open living areas alike. Because SPC is a rigid stone plastic composite, it is waterproof and will not swell, so kitchens and basements are on the list as well. The 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment adds cushioning, and the product lists an impact rating of IIC 73 and a sound transmission rating of STC 72, handy figures for condos and upper floors. Installation uses the I4F drop lock system to create a floating floor that is not fastened down. Coverage is 21.27 sq.ft per carton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 5206 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
