5207 Vinyl 6.5mm Calgary Collection By Riche

Sound is the first thing to look at with 5207 from Riche: a 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment sits under each plank, and the listed ratings are IIC 73 and STC 72. That matters in upper-floor bedrooms and condo units, where footsteps carry to the rooms below. The plank belongs to the Calgary Collection and has an SPC core, so it is waterproof and stays stable, which also makes it a fit for kitchens and entries. Planks come 48.03″ by 7.09″ at 6.5 mm, topped with a wood finish. An I4F drop lock system holds the planks together as a floating floor, which means no adhesive and no nails. Each carton covers 21.27 sq.ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 5207 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
