5510 Timber Retreat Aspen By Goodfellow Flooring

Timber Retreat (5510) comes from Goodfellow's Aspen collection and is made with an SPC core, the rigid stone-composite type of vinyl that is fully waterproof. That makes it a sensible pick for condos, mudrooms and finished basements, and the spec confirms it is suitable for all levels. Each plank is 7.17″ × 60″ and has an embossed-in-register surface with micro-beveled edges. It uses the i4F Drop Lock System to float, so we lay it without nailing or gluing it to the subfloor. Thickness is 6.5 mm in total, including a pre-attached 1.5 mm EVA pad that makes the floor softer and quieter to walk on. A 0.5 mm wear layer protects it from daily scuffs. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Timber Retreat across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
