6104 Berkley European Oak 6.5” By Riche Flooring

Berkley is a European Oak floor from Riche Flooring's Loft Collection, cut in 6 1/2″ wide planks at 3/4″ thick. The boards come in random lengths (1900mm) and are character grade, so natural variation in the oak is part of the floor. A matte UV coating finishes the surface, keeping sheen low in living rooms and bedrooms, and the floor carries a 25 year warranty. Each carton covers 20.24 sq ft, which makes it straightforward to work out how many cartons each room needs. At 6 1/2″, the planks feel generous without crowding a smaller room. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Berkley across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
