Product Specifications
Driftwood is a 7 1/2 inch American white oak plank from Vidar Flooring, and you can order it in character, select or select & better grade. Pick character if you enjoy visible knots and variation, or one of the select grades for a smoother overall look. Structurally, it is engineered hardwood at 9/16 inch thick, finished with a 3mm real oak veneer. The veneer gives you real wood on the surface, while the engineered layers below reduce the movement solid planks show between seasons. Wirebrushing adds texture that disguises minor marks, so Driftwood handles busy family spaces, hallways and bedrooms well. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Driftwood across Toronto and the GTA, with engineered hardwood installation from $4.90 per square foot, including glue and nails.
