7207 Vinyl 9mm Vancouver Collection By Riche

Condo and apartment owners often need a floor that goes in without adhesive or fasteners, and 7207 does that with a 5G drop lock that floats the planks over your subfloor. It is SPC luxury vinyl, so the core is stone composite, rigid and waterproof, and the surface is a wood finish under a 12 mil wear layer. Each board is 9 mm thick at 48.03″ × 5.90″ and has micro-bevelled edges. Because the core will not absorb water, kitchens, laundry areas and basement rooms are all fair game. Riche ships the Vancouver Collection at 13.79 sq.ft per carton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 7207 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
