7238 – Riche Vinyl 9mm Vancouver Collection By Riche Flooring

7238 pairs a rigid SPC core with a 5G drop lock, so planks click into each other and float over the subfloor with nothing glued or nailed down. It is 9 mm thick, and each board is 48.03" × 5.90" with a micro bevel on the edges. Because SPC is waterproof, damp basement air and the occasional spill are not a problem for this Riche floor. The 12 mil wear layer suits normal household traffic, and the feature list covers stain, chemical, compression and UV resistance plus antimicrobial and anti-allergenic protection and noise reduction. It is FloorScore certified and warranted for 30 years residential and 10 years commercial. Each carton covers 13.79 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 7238 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
