7230 – Riche Vinyl 9mm Vancouver Collection By Riche Flooring

Every plank of 7230 is 9 mm thick, with a rigid stone-composite SPC core under a 12 mil wear layer. That build is waterproof right through, which is why we put this Vancouver Collection vinyl in basements, laundry rooms and rental units. Riche backs it with a 30-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty, and the line is FloorScore certified. The surface is listed as stain, chemical, UV and temperature resistant, as well as anti-allergenic and antimicrobial, and noise reduction is on the feature list, which matters in condos. Boards run 48.03" × 5.90" with micro-bevelled edges and a 5G drop lock, so we install them as a floating floor. A carton holds 13.79 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 7230 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
