7208 Vinyl 9mm Vancouver Collection By Riche

Riche builds 7208 as SPC luxury vinyl, a dense stone-composite core that shrugs off water and stays stable when room temperatures swing. The plank is 9 mm thick with a 12 mil wear layer, and the surface carries a wood finish. Edges are micro bevelled, so the line between boards stays visible once the floor is down. Each piece is 48.03″ × 5.90″ and joins with a 5G drop lock, meaning the floor floats and nothing is fastened to your subfloor. That makes it a reasonable choice for condos and rental units where fastening a floor down is not allowed. Cartons cover 13.79 sq.ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 7208 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
