8204 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

Below grade is where most Toronto homeowners run into trouble with flooring, and 8204 is built for it. The SPC core is stone composite and waterproof, so it sits over a basement slab without the swelling or cupping you would get from a wood product. The plank measures 10 mm thick and 48.03″ × 5.90″, the edges micro bevelled and the surface a wood finish, and it carries a 20 mil wear layer for rooms that get real use. Riche puts it in the Toronto Collection, and the boards join with a 5G drop lock so the whole floor floats free of the slab. A carton covers 11.82 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8204 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
