8225 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

8225 is a 10 mm SPC luxury vinyl plank listed in the Toronto Collection. The stone-composite core is the reason to choose it, being rigid rather than flexible, and waterproof, which covers kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements where wood or laminate would be a risk. Each board measures 48.03″ × 5.90″ and is protected by a 20 mil wear layer, a heavy residential grade that stands up to pets and constant traffic. Micro bevel edges keep the individual planks visible. The 5G locking system makes this a floating floor, so it is not glued or nailed and only needs a flat, clean subfloor underneath. A carton covers 11.82 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8225 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
