8212 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

A finished basement is the usual place we install a plank like 8212, because the SPC core is stone composite and waterproof and it does not care about a slab that stays cool. The plank is 10 mm thick, which gives it enough body to sit comfortably once the subfloor has been prepped and levelled. On top there is a wood finish under 20 mil of wear layer, so the floor also handles the traffic of a main-floor hallway. Boards measure 48.03″ long by 7.09″ wide with micro bevel edges, and the 5G drop lock joins them into a floating floor. Coverage is 11.82 sq ft per carton. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8212 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
