8206 Vinyl 10mm Toronto Collection By Riche

Landlords and investors ask us for a floor that survives tenants, and 8206 fits: a 20 mil wear layer over a waterproof SPC core, in a plank we can repair board by board. It belongs to the Toronto Collection from Riche and is 10 mm thick, with a stone-composite body that is rigid and does not react to damp. Boards measure 48.03″ long and 5.90″ wide, finished with a wood finish top and micro bevelled edges. They float on a 5G drop lock, so there is no glue and no fastening into the subfloor, only the flat, clean base every floating floor needs. Each carton covers 11.82 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 8206 across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
