Akadia Everlife Cyrus 2.0 By MSI

Akadia is a blonde wood-style plank from the Everlife Cyrus 2.0 collection by MSI, and it comes with a 1 mm IXPE backing that forms its engineered acoustic pad. IXPE is a closed-cell foam, so it adds a little cushion and cuts sound transfer, useful in condos and second-storey rooms. Above it, the 5 mm rigid core LVT carries a 20 mil wear layer. Each plank measures 7.13 by 48.03 inches, edged with a standard bevel. No acclimation time is required. Radiant heating is permitted when MSI's installation instructions are followed. Certifications are NSF, Greenguard Gold and FloorScore, and MSI's warranty is lifetime limited in homes, with light commercial at 15 years and commercial at 10 years, both limited. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Akadia across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
